Lauren helps her clients empower themselves, heal unwanted patterns and reclaim their lives.

Lauren works with those who feel stuck in their lives and are challenged by their relationships with people, money, food, their career or even parts of themselves. Her treatment plans consider a holistic approach, in person or online, and address issues like self-esteem, health, family of origin, life changes and stages, genetics, anxiety, depression and mood disorders.

She encompasses a 360 approach for healing where she addresses everything from current life stressors to resolving past traumas and triggers hardwired in the brain and nervous system.
